Who we are
Foggers Vape is an independent online retailer of Foger products. We are not the manufacturer and are not affiliated with Foger. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Who can order
You must be 21 or older and have a US delivery address. Every order is held until a government photo ID confirms your age (see age verification). Buying for someone under 21 is not allowed.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline an order if stock is unavailable, delivery to the address is restricted, payment is not authorized or age cannot be verified. If we decline after payment, the full amount is refunded to the card used. Prices are in US dollars and can change.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is described in the shipping policy. We do not accept change-of-mind returns; defective items are handled under the returns policy.
Use of products
Products contain nicotine, an addictive chemical. Keep them away from children and pets. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and local law.
