Privacy policy

What we collect

When you order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, what you bought and payment details. Card numbers go straight to our payment processor; we do not store them. For age verification we collect the photo ID you upload, which is used only to confirm you are 21 or older for that order.

How we use it

To take payment, verify age, pack and ship the order, send order and tracking emails and answer support requests. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are used. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Our payment processor, the delivery service that carries your parcel, and the hosting and email providers that run the store. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it, including age and compliance enquiries.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and compliance rules require. ID images are kept only as long as needed to show an order was verified.

Your choices

Email support@foggers-vape.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted where the law allows.
